A new online resource centre11-04-17
Elsevier today announces the availability of a new online resource on paediatric disorders to healthcare professionals in Australia and New Zealand in support of the diagnosis and treatment of paediatric disorders.
Launched in conjunction with International Pompe Day (April 15, 2017), the Paediatric Resource Centre aims to support better diagnosis and treatment of paediatric disorders, including Pompe disease, Gaucher disease, Fabry disease as well as mucopolysaccharidosis type I and II. It features peer-reviewed journal articles, expert interviews and commentaries, and conference highlights from key local and international medical meetings.
The Paediatric Resource Centre is hosted by the journal Molecular Genetics and Metabolism, and supported by an unconditional educational grant from Sanofi Genzyme.

The NSCLC will be launched by Elsevier at the World Conference Lung Cancer December 2016 in Vienna. The resource centre is hosted on the Journal of Thoracic Oncology (JTO) and endorsed by IASLC. All resource centre content is peer-reviewed by the resource centre's editorial board of global NSCLC experts and offering full-text articles including editorial commentaries, interactive cases, webcasts, congress highlights, roundtable discussions etc.

The Progress in Insulin Management Resource Centre is an online global online educational platform that gives diabetologists, endocrinologists, and primary care physicians free access to new information on diabetes management. This includes recently-published full text articles, outcomes from congresses and events, and interactive educational courses sharing the latest knowledge on the use of basal insulin analogues alone, in combination with other insulins, and alongside a glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist (RA).
This free resource is hosted by the journals Diabetes Research and Clinical Practice and Primary Care Diabetes, and is endorsed by the International Diabetes Federation and Primary Care Diabetes Europe. New peer-reviewed content is added to the Resource Centre every month, with the editorial board acting as independent expert reviewers and content curators. The Resource Centre allows all users to access the latest information on diabetes care.
The Rheumatology Resource Centre is hosted by the journal Best Practice and Research Clinical Rheumatology. It aims to provide healthcare professionals with educational resources and the latest peer-reviewed research on rheumatoid arthritis. Funded by an educational grant, the Rheumatology Resource Centre is freely available. Articles have been selected by Anthony Woolf, editor of Best Practice and Research Clinical Rheumatology, and future articles will be selected by guest editors.
Healthcare professionals, will have access to articles and videos covering key topics in rheumatoid arthritis, focusing on targeted therapies, including the role of the IL-6 pathway in inflammation, as well as best practices in early diagnosis, treatment and patient care.
The Eosinophilic Asthma Resource Centre is an educational portal that helps healthcare professionals, pulmonologists, immunologists and allergologists optimize the management of patients with uncontrolled asthma and active eosinophilic inflammation.
Providing the latest research, along with fully available peer-reviewed articles, congress highlights videos, round table discussions, patient case studies and webcasts with key opinion leaders, the Resource Centre aims to disseminate knowledge of esoinophilic airways disease. This freely available resource is hosted by Respiratory Medicine.
